ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

British American Tobacco looking for a Content Executive in Ukraine who will be part of our Activation team.

You will be responsible for execution of communications calendar assets planning, development and distribution for Paid, Owned & Earned channels and brand equity partnerships in line with the Brand marketing strategy and global guidelines.

Reports to: Senior Digital Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Brand building initiatives, partnership and co-creation projects execution

• Develop and deploy execution mechanics across all touchpoints
• Ensure accurate utilization for online and offline communications channels available
• Coordinate suppliers, peers and contractors to deliver assets on time and in full
• Lead full cycle digital content production

Communications calendar management

• Execute accurate planning and alignment for brand messages delivery across various communication channels and audiences
• Ensure communications relevancy, efficiency and effective outreach as per channel roles and opportunities
• Performance indicators on-going tracking & analysis
• Close collaboration with Brand, HoReCa & other relevant teams to ensure communication aligned across touchpoints

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• 3+ years relevant experience
• Proven track record in both creative and content production field
• Deep understanding of marketing and consumer/partners engagement
• Excellent English language verbal and writing skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Advanced skills in team management (creative, media, production)
• Higher education
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
