Microsoft Dynamics AX developer

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer to join our team for the long-term project of international automotive group, with headquarters in Switzerland, which is the European leader in the wide range of services for the vehicle maintenance market. The desired candidate will work in a big development team responsible for the design, configuration and development of MS Dynamics AX solutions. The successful candidate should demonstrate a clear understanding of the Microsoft AX application and must have technical proficiency in Microsoft AX development tools.

Desired Skills

• Experience in AX developing or administration, any versions
• Desire to learn AX and become proficient as a part of the team
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Experience in software development in the Microsoft eco system, e.g. C#, .NET, X++
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within groups

Considered as a plus

• Experience in setting up and maintaining mySQL databases
• JAVA development
• Microsoft certifications
• Experienced in traditional and agile development methodologies
• German knowledge appreciated but not a must

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Configuration of standard functionality/features Dynamics AX
• Design, modelling and development of Dynamics AX functionality based on company-specific requirements
• Set-up and maintenance of development systems in Microsoft Azure
• Deployment of changes into the Azure environment
