As a product company, our primary goal is to create innovative technologies for increasing the efficiency of sales and other business processes of our customers, helping them not only to keep up with the times but sometimes to stay ahead of it. We are the Company focused on production and maintenance of software, innovations, and services for FMCG market. Among our 100 customers, we can mention Unilever, JDE, AB InBev Efes, Henkel, Nestle, Danone from 10 countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

We are looking for a professional or someone who can become the one, who will be inspired by our ambitious goals and ideas. Someone who will be able to share the values of our company and become a reliable partner for his team.

YOU ARE            

  • Demonstrating at least 3- year experience in HR domain
  • Able to build efficient HR environment hand in hand with Department leaders
  • Skilled in consulting Department leaders and their leadership team (project, team managers, etc.) on HR best practices and people excellence
  • Capable of coordinating sensitive cases resolution in Departments
  • Experienced working with teams
  • Demonstrating Intermediate strong English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Identifying business challenges and opportunities in Departments
  • Co-creating HR strategy for Departments hand in hand with Department leaders
  • Providing HR-focused expertise when formulating Departments’ strategy and goals
  • Facilitating creation of Departments’ strategy by organizing workshops and strategic sessions (on demand)
  • Engaging all leadership levels in strategic analysis and planning
  • Analyzing HR data (ESAT, turnover, compensation, etc.)
  • Analyzing external and internal trends and benchmarks
  • Consulting all leadership levels on the improvement of people management environment
  • Ensuring smooth introduction and implementation of new HR solutions, programs, and policies
  • Delivering HR strategy to all leadership levels
  • Guiding leaders through corporate HR services and processes: mobility program, compensation & benefits, performance management, etc.
  • Coaching leaders in understanding and preventing illegal and noncompliant HR-related behaviors
  • Supporting leaders in collecting HR-related data (referrals, background check, etc.)
  • Evaluating and mitigating risks in people management-related areas (conflict of interests, loss of key talent, etc.)
  • Investigating sensitive cases with involvement of appropriate and responsible stakeholders
