SEO Outreach Manager

We’re a global company with software and internet marketing teams located mostly in Ukraine.

We need ongoing long-term support from an SEO Outreach Team Manager. This is ideally a part-time role that has growth potential. We don’t mind your fitting in this role after your regular working hours and on weekends.

Are you highly motivated, possess SEO experience, enthusiasm and initiative? Then this could be the best role of your career!

You must have very good written and spoken English.

Your diverse responsibilities include:

1.  Managing a small team of 1.5 outreach specialists.

2. Collaborate with a team of writers and a UK proofreader to ensure optimal delivery of blog posts. Find ways to improve the team’s quality and meet deadlines.

3. Conduct an audit, and then review our performance using Ahrefs and G Search Console, to provide regular updates with recommendations. Review keyword plans.

4. Identify and implement training and development needs for the team, to reach their full potential.

5. Managing content and SEO on WordPress website.

6. Managing a designer to create custom pictures for guest posts.

7. Systems & Processes: make how-to videos and then create process flows and detailed instructions, and make improvements to our processes.
