Senior Lawyer

Our client is a fast-growing group of fintech companies operating mainly in Asia. Its activities are in consumer lending, non-performing consumer loan recovery, alternative consumer lending scoring, and other related activities. 

Responsibilities:

• Legal support of all day-to-day operations activities
• Legal support, optimization, and development of corporate structure
• Legal support of business development in new countries entrance, new product introduction, etc.
• Dealing with any outside claims from state authorities, litigations
• Potentially legal collection development

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in law
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the finance industry as in-house and/or advisory Lawyer
• Successful track record of solving complex issues
• Understanding of international law concepts
• Experienced in corporate, civil, business law
• Some experience with litigations would be a plus
• Upper-intermediate English level
• Structured thinking
• Ability to learn and solve complex issues
• Proactive personality
• Ability to work under pressure
