Spare parts manager (sales analyst) in automotive business

SUBARU UKRAINE LLC, a multinational automotive company, is announcing the recruitment for the Spare parts manager (sales analyst) position.

Main responsibilities:

  • Standards of service for the customer (development, implementation of existing): 

*Customer's attraction (proper proposal and sales to the customer, advertising, and other activities)

  • Product promotion (development, implementation): 

*Catalogues, booklets: printed, electronic (adaptation); 

*Promotion of genuine product through web-site; 

*Parts and accessories data management.

  • Promoting service visits: 

*Advertising of service (internet, printed materials, Viber and SMS sending); 

*Active\seasonal proposals, promotions; 

*Marketing events.

  • CRM: 

*Collection and consolidation: car-customer visit history; 

*Segmentation of customer database, 

*Customer/Customer's group relationship tactics development; 

*Proposals for customer systematization and analysis of 'service funnel' - calls/visits/average check/labor hours

  • Motivation programs for partners/customers development, implementation, and efficiency analysis.
  • Marketing researches (retention rate, CSI, NPS): 

*Marketing events & promotions efficiency research; 

*Market competitors’ researches.

  • Reporting: 

*Databases consolidation (Excel); 

*Creation of new efficiency estimation reports for partners.

Main requirements:

  • ability to work with voluminous databases and a large number of different nomenclatures;
  • knowledge and understanding of basic customer service standards;
  • 1+ years of professional experience in the same position or in Aftersales as a product manager;
  • university degree;
  • 1C:8 – medium level and higher;
  • MS Office – medium level and higher (Excel: summary tables, graphs, formulas, etc.; PowerPoint: presentations, etc.)
  • English - Intermediate (writing, speaking);
  • proactive, result-oriented professional, responsible;
  • strong analytical ability with relentless attention to detail and at the same time creativity;
  • good communication skills, cooperation, and teamwork.
