Using a single fully integrated payment platform our local companies service local merchants at the same time providing a true global platform for our international clients. Our own payment platform and global payment solutions ensure customers around the world receive their money in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Our team is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in supporting complex IT products, working as a Helpdesk support;
- Experience in writing SQL queries will be a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Responsibilities:
- Working with incoming requests (tickets, emails, chats);
- Resolving customer's complaints;
- Consulting new clients on existing services;
- Handling the integration process;
- Working with technical documentation.
