Head of Talent Acquisition

Developex is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will help to build and improve a strong recruitment team and ensure our company growth through recruitment of great team members.

We are looking for people who have:  

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Recruiting Lead, 4+ years in recruitment.
• Ability to design and implement business processes within the department. 
• Experience of full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience with metrics and analysis of recruiters’ performance. 
• Strong people leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach, motivate and influence on a team of recruiters.
• Strong and effective negotiation skills.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• At least Intermediate level of English.

Duties: 

• Implement hiring and business development initiatives  in order to ensure company growth.
• Constantly track, measure, analyze and improve the hiring process, analyze the recruitment metrics. 
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
• Track the data regarding the local IT market dynamics, trends and remuneration packages.
• Participate in the hiring, training and development of a high performing Recruitment team.
• Create and implement growth and development plans for recruitment team members.
• Work on Company HR branding initiatives.
• Manage cooperation with freelancers and recruitment agencies.
