Developex is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will help to build and improve a strong recruitment team and ensure our company growth through recruitment of great team members.
We are looking for people who have:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Recruiting Lead, 4+ years in recruitment.
- Ability to design and implement business processes within the department.
- Experience of full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience with metrics and analysis of recruiters’ performance.
- Strong people leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach, motivate and influence on a team of recruiters.
- Strong and effective negotiation skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- At least Intermediate level of English.
Duties:
- Implement hiring and business development initiatives in order to ensure company growth.
- Constantly track, measure, analyze and improve the hiring process, analyze the recruitment metrics.
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
- Track the data regarding the local IT market dynamics, trends and remuneration packages.
- Participate in the hiring, training and development of a high performing Recruitment team.
- Create and implement growth and development plans for recruitment team members.
- Work on Company HR branding initiatives.
- Manage cooperation with freelancers and recruitment agencies.
