Responsibilities:
- Provide full-cycle recruitment of?IT specialists
- Identifying company hiring needs, designing job descriptions
- Searching for candidates using different sources and tools
- Contacting candidates and conducting screening interviews
- Managing and developing relationships with candidates
- Ensuring proper interviewing process, conducting interviews, providing feedbacks
- Tracking actual recruitment information
- Coordinate onboarding process
Requirements:
- 2+ year of?experience in?a full cycle of IT specialists recruiting
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking and persuasion skills
- Experience in?recruiting a?wide variety of?roles in?IT
- Experience in?using different search tools and sources
- Experience in candidate direct search and headhunting
- Experience in?conducting different types of?interviews
- Flexibility and ability to?adapt to?change
- Ability to?handle multitasking effectively
- Ability to?work in?a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, high motivation
- English?— Intermediate Level or higher
