Responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle recruitment of?IT specialists 
• Identifying company hiring needs, designing job descriptions 
• Searching for candidates using different sources and tools 
• Contacting candidates and conducting screening interviews 
• Managing and developing relationships with candidates 
• Ensuring proper interviewing process, conducting interviews, providing feedbacks 
• Tracking actual recruitment information 
• Coordinate onboarding process

Requirements: 

• 2+ year of?experience in?a full cycle of IT specialists recruiting 
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and persuasion skills 
• Experience in?recruiting a?wide variety of?roles in?IT 
• Experience in?using different search tools and sources 
• Experience in candidate direct search and headhunting  
• Experience in?conducting different types of?interviews 
• Flexibility and ability to?adapt to?change 
• Ability to?handle multitasking effectively 
• Ability to?work in?a team
• Strong organizational skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills, high motivation 
• English?— Intermediate Level or higher
