Product Manager (Mobile)

Our business unit specializes in creating and promoting our highly loaded Social Discovery product. Millions of people from different countries can meet, communicate, and make new friends with it. We invite to our team a talented Product Manager with experience in launching and developing Social Discovery or Mobile products in international markets. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a PM / BA / PO position;
• Measurement of product success based on data;
• Practical experience with data analytics/visualization tools (Amplitude, Tableau, GA, etc);
• Knowledge of app usage and UI/UX patterns depending on the platform;
• Excellent knowledge of digital product development processes;
• Strong leadership and management skills, systematic thinking, business orientation.

Will be a plus:

• Background in market research and data analysis;
• Business analytics (P&L understanding);
• Experience with social discovery niche.

Responsibilities:

• Business metrics analysis in order to improve monetization and retention;
• Suggest improvements and new features based on data and researches;
• Close work with development, design and qa teams;
• Tasks planning and prioritization;
• Execution of iteration goals;
• Review implemented tasks by the Dev team;
• A/B tests: setup, launch, control, analyze & generate conclusions.
