Hello!
We are looking for arabic speaking customer support manager to our Kyiv office.
Requirements:
- Arabic - Native;
- English - Fluent;
- Competent written and oral speech (knowledge of grammar and style of the language);
- 1+ year experience in customer support;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Analytical & Research Skills;
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude;
- Stress resistance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer verification;
- Chatting with clients via our channel support (emails, live chat, and calls);
- Receiving and processing incoming requests;
- Keeping records of the work done.
