We are growing and have an open position as an Account Executive

We are looking for an SMB Sales Specialist to help accelerate our B2B Enterprise Sales team. This role will uncover, develop and close opportunities in a fast-paced, high volume business segment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced German and English
  • 2+ years of work experience in an account management or sales role
  • Experience selling into C-level executives, HR, Benefits or People, a plus
  • You are a proficient user of CRM software
  • You are compelled to achieve goals, by always putting the customer first
  • You are articulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style
  • You take a high-energy interest in opportunities to increase customer happiness
  • You possess strong relationship and rapport-building skills
  •  You demonstrate the ability to achieve or exceed targets
  • You have strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • You are an enthusiast with a positive approach and high productivity in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with C-level executives, HR and People teams to understand their business and objectives to help support their employees.
  • Educate prospects on the value of the company by demonstrating our competitive differentiators and our capabilities
  • Provide recommendations based on a customer's business needs.
  • Drive revenue by closing inbound leads
  • Manage the lifecycle of a deal including sales activities, salesforce recordation, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive familiarity with the company offerings and future product pipelines.
