Nestle Business Services is announcing an opening for Social Media Services Associate with knowledge of German, Social Media Listening team in Lviv.

A day in the life of Digital and Social Media Associate:

• Analyse online data that is relevant to Brands/Nestle based on sentiment, product category, marketing activities (Product experience, Packaging, Customer Relations management);
• Prepare reports using data analytics;
• Monitor and analyse online contents regarding Nestle brand and its products in the Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, websites etc.) and prepare reports using web analytics application;
• Monitor online coverage of issues involving Nestle with a crisis potential;
• Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks.

What will make you successful:

• Good analytical skills, listening and communication skills (oral and written);
• Ability to deliver detailed reporting;
• Result focus and action-orientation;
• Proficiency in English and German (advanced spoken and written)
• Knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
