Business Analyst/ Requirements manager

Indeema Software focuses on developing custom software and providing various services covering the vast variety of industries. We create the Internet of Things both industrial and household, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and advanced Web solutions. 

We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience of writing documentation in the technical field, you have the ability to quickly understand and analyze complex technical information, and you have the experience of direct communication with the clients.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience including collaboration with clients;

• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English;

• Experience of managing all project stages: discovery, analysis, implementation, transition stages;

• Experience with Flowcharts, Use Cases, Business oriented story writing;

• Strong skills in writing requirements specifications, documentation, acceptance criteria;

• Hands-on experience with dealing with customers directly;

• Deep understanding of product functionality from both business and technical perspectives;    

• Experience working with Jira and Confluence;

• Experience in Agile methodologies;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, development and design team to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs;

• Various documentation development (User stories, Flowcharts, Mindmaps, etc);

• Define quality attributes (non-functional requirements) including external interfaces and constraints;

• Mockups/Wireframes validation and presentation of designs to stakeholders;

• Participate in daily Scrum meetings;

• Assist QAs - clarifying use cases and scenarios on demand during product development, ensuring any blockers are understood, and proposing alternate solutions when necessary;
