RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist to Account Director in administrative activities;
  • Scrutinize and manage project data, such as financials, schedules, statuses and other information about the project;
  • Prepare, review documentation, presentations and reports/materials on regular basis;
  • Control and manage billing reports processes;
  • Control and manage expense reporting/account inventory;
  • Assist to project team with team events and client visits;
  • Assist with new team members set up and training plans management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of administrative support experience;
  • Experience on the similar position is a big plus;
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT project processes;
  • Effective computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel; Visio and PowerPoint would be a plus;
  • Readiness to work with confidential and sensitive data;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks under timeline pressures while maintaining attention to detail;
  • Capable of dealing with ambiguity and rapidly and frequently changing priorities and information;
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate, B2).
