YOU ARE

To the best of your advantage, you should possess the following

  • 3 years in HR or recruitment experience
  • Experience in staffing is a big plus
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Good relationship building skills

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Staffing planning and Delivery unit reserve management
  • Analyzing the coming demand or changes on the project proactively, and developing resourcing options (internal pool, forces rotations, internship, opening new vacancies, etc.)
  • Collecting information on potential opportunities continuously
  • The delivery unit, and sharing them with the rest of GTO team to ensure GTO readiness for staffing

Ongoing projects monitoring

  • Facilitating the hunting cases processing by sharing the available options for hunted person re-employment
  • Monitoring and discussing regularly the opportunities for interns involvement in ongoing projects
  • Ensuring delivery unit scalability, profitability, and readiness for future staffing; maintaining the needed level of interns within
  • Endsuring delivery unit according to the opportunities pipeline and project plans
  • Drawing up the list of overpriced and underpaid resourced candidates, persons 'under risk' and create rotation roadmaps for such people together with Project Managers and HR Business Partner
  • Building a roadmap of minimizing the impact of rotation risks together with Project Managers and Career Advisors

Staffing consulting

  • Supporting new clients engagement and project staffing planning by providing relevant information on staffing capabilities across the locations and sources, projected cost and timing, potential risks, previous experience with staffing of specific technologies or their combinations
  • Taking an active part in the definition of staffing strategy for the project, ensure that all staffing risks are addressed and the whole staffing team has a shared understanding of the defined strategy
  • Collecting staffing-related information and opportunities regularly, monitoring pools, potential and actual project cuts, rotations in an account and across the company, market situation, ongoing hunting cases, spikes in demand for the specific locations and technologies to be able to deliver efficient staffing consulting
  • Facilitating the choice of target staffing locations by conducting location current and future capacity assessment, a capacity of alternative sources, history of staffing, requesting necessary market researches by GTO team
  • Ensuring that defined staffing strategy is realistic and achievable; setting appropriate timing and costs expected to CSL, Delivery, client

Staffing activities coordination

  • Ensuring staffing requirements are well understood and validated by hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Gathering and meeting the whole staffing team (recruiters, resource managers, interviewers, and technical experts), establishing effective collaboration between staffing team members, set ting expectations on each stakeholder contribution, monitoring mutual collaboration, and teamwork in the project staffing team
  • Uupdating Delivery Manager and CSL on the staffing progress, blockers identified, risks to be eliminated, needed improvements, or actions to be considered
