Regional Marketing Communications Manager

Assist the Regional Marketing-Communications Manager in the execution of the Trimble Agriculture Marketing activities. The Position will include interactions with our distribution partners, sales team members, marketing and communications team members, media, vendors, and other cross-functional team members to produce a variety of print, web, interactive, and sales communications and materials, as well as assist with day-to-day external department activities.

Primary Duties

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and sales lead generation for the CIS/East Europe region

• Liaise with sales team and event manager to organize & promote regional events (online/offline)

• Ensure that regional marketing material and products meet the branding and corporate message guidelines

• Support translation and localization of appropriate marketing, advertising, and corporate messages

• Design and content development for Social Media

• Quotation process and vendor development

• Develop and distribute regional sales tools such as brochures and product information

• Create campaign reporting and metrics to determine marketing program effectiveness

Type of employment:

• Temporary contract full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (30 hours)

• The role will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine (remotely from home)
  
  

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree or graduate year in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, PR, or similar

This position requires the ability to consistently produce a high volume of quality work, meet tight deadlines, and follow-up with internal and external clients to complete assignments on time.

Following skills are must:

• Candidate must have at least 6 months of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or advertising

• The candidate will be a supportive team member as well as work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills required

• Strong self-time management

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions of the Regional Marketing Manager

• Creative writer, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate technical topics and product details to a broad audience

• Excellent MS office skills

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Native Ukrainian speaker with advanced English

Would be a plus:

• Experience in industrial goods or agriculture marketing

• Experience with Google Analytics and monitoring social networks

• Graphic or video design skills

• Familiarity with GPS and GIS technology or other related technology desired, e.g. wireless, handheld computers, software solutions, etc.

• Past experience working in a distributor/reseller business model
