Head of Marketing

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who is responsible for developing property level strategic plans and overseeing all marketing components including promotions, affiliates, media, organic, events, rewards system, VIP sales, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Take part in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies
• Conduct market research to better understand targeted audiences
• Research and analyze competitor`s advertising strategies
• Build, monitor and update the marketing sources used, and extend its verity
• Set up and manage a wide variety of lead generation systems, including affiliate marketing, PPC advertising, and social media campaigns
• Create analytics and conversion reports to share progress on all campaigns
• Know the market well
• Be creative and think out of the box!

 Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience working within the iGaming field.
• Great knowledge about SEO, PPC, Web Analytics, Content Marketing, Media, etc.
• Able to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to grow a startup to mature, a leading operator.
• Familiar with affiliate tracking platforms.

 Advantages:

• Experience or knowledge with AI and optimization platforms.
• Proven experience in the LATAM market
• Knowledge or interest in Blockchain, eSports or Social games
• Portuguese as 2nd language

• Manage the operating team of affiliate managers
• In charge of market development specialists
• Oversee the team on the ground, per location
