As a result of rapid growth and product expansion, we are looking for a rock-star Sales Development Director to run and scale lead generation direction in our company and manage the SDR team in our Ukraine office to help our company build a strong pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the ABM strategy to keep the company pipeline in a good shape.
- Identify leads and build a pipeline with outbound campaigns from medium to large enterprises targeting multiple business units;
- Recruit, train, onboard and build a word-class business development team;
- Set up goals (both on quantity and quality) and take responsibility for their achievement;
- Expand the numbers of outbound channels to attract new leads;
- Email outreach and LinkedIn campaigns;
- Analyze outreach cadences with an eye towards continual improvement and developing best practices for growing customer base.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Business Development
- Understanding the SaaS business model;
- Proficient and successfully mastered with SDR team management, outbound leadgen strategies, email outreach, LinkedIn outbound sales;
- Strong understanding of SDR and lead generation best practices and procedures;
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and motivate a team;
- Experience with coaching and mentoring;
- Perfect speaking and writing English
