Main areas of responsibility:
- Brand building initiatives, partnerships and co-creation projects
- Development and implementation of execution mechanisms at all points of interaction.
- Ensure proper use of available online and offline communication channels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, peers and contractors to deliver assets on time and fully.
- Lead the production of full-cycle digital content
- Manage creative concepts, activation and amplification plans
- Coordinate allocated budget within planned performance and timelineCommunication calendar management
- Ensure proper planning and alignment of the delivery of brand messages across different communication channels and audiences.
- Ensuring the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of communications in accordance with the roles and capabilities of the channel.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of performance indicators
- Working closely with Brand, HoReCa and other relevant teams to ensure consistency of communications between touchpoints.
- Supplier relationship management and collaboration to achieve business results• Maintenance of document flow for all completed work
Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- A proven track record in both creative and content production.
- Deep understanding of marketing and customer / partner interactions.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Advanced team management skills (creative, media, production)
- Result orientation, dedication
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to effectively manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
