Digital Marketing Manager

We are an international logistics product company. In 12 years, the company has already developed and launched several successful products.

Now we have launched one more direction - the EasyGet app (MVP stage). Our goal - create the best service for shopping and delivery of parcels from abroad.

You'll be doing:

- create and optimize marketing strategy based on the business goals;

- conduct market and competitive research, analyze customers’ demands and behavior;

- increase brand awareness by effectively managing online brand campaigns;

- preparation of PR & Marketing materials, work with Social Media;

- work closely with the Product Manager to find the best solutions for the product offering;

- plan, develop, and launch regular advertising campaigns and other marketing activities;

- find and propose alternative marketing channels;

- create the system to analyze and control the results of the marketing activities;

- provide regular reports on the efficiency of different promotion channels.

Our wishes:

- you have 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing;

- you have worked in a startup; 

- you have experience in planning and execution of cross-channel marketing strategies;

- you have experience in SEO, SMM, PPC, PR, Affiliate;

- strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing them by relevant KPIs;

- you have experience with the promotion of mobile applications, Android and iOS, optimization of funnels;

- you have experience with data analysis, competitive analysis, and marketing/product analytics tools;

- you know how to be “on the client side”;

- you speak and write excellent Ukrainian and Russian;

- your English level is at least Intermediate;

- you are results-oriented, self-organized, responsible and creative.
