GR and Partership Manager (Yalta European Strategy and Victor Pinchuk Foundation)

Yalta European Strategy (YES) and Victor Pinchuk Foundation is looking for GR and Partnership Manager. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing concepts of events/projects/new event formats (including research on relevant speakers, new formats)
• Preparing content for all communication materials: invitations, thank you letters, events reports, presentations, videos for different events, web-page, conference application etc
• Work with speakers
• CRM/lists and invitations management
• Administrative tasks (work on the contracts)
• Coordination of some projects (meetings, round-tables etc)

Key Skills:

• University degree in political or social sciences (MA level or equivalent);
• Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian (oral and written);
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian political landscape, institutions and administration;
• Excellent knowledge of international relations;
• Experience in organizing events, project management;
• Experience in drafting reports and other texts for communication with high level personalities as well as for external communication;
• Proficient with a computer, excellent command in MS Excel & Word, at home in social media and digital world
• Hard working with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hands-on, can do attitude, team player, ready to work overtime regularly if projects require.
