Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning & Monitoring:
  – Setup & adjustment BA processes on the project
  – Identify and analyze stakeholders’ roles and attitudes
  – Plan and build communication & business analysis strategies considering stakeholder analysis results
  
  
• Strategy Analysis
  – Determine the client’s business needs and objectives.
  – Define solution vision & solution scope to meet the business needs
  – Evaluate and analyze business risks on the project
  – Create a change strategy to achieve the client’s business objectives
  
  
• Requirments lifestyle management:
  – Establish and monitor the requirements management processes throughout the project lifecycle
  – Identify and track changes to requirements
  – Facilitate requirements prioritization process
  – Ensure requirements traceability
  
  
• Elicitation & Collaboration:
  – Prepare and conduct elicitation sessions. Document and confirm elicitation results
  – Act as Proxy Product Owner bringing the client and the project team to a common understanding of functional requirements
  
  
• Requirements Analysis & Design Definition:
  – Specify, verify, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
  – Analyze functional requirements and help develop a consistent solution scope
  – Create and maintain requirements documentation according to the agreed format
  
  
• Solution Evaluation
  – Conduct solution acceptance, determine the most appropriate response to identified defects
  – Facilitate the review, verification, and validation of business analysis deliverables
  
  
• Internal:
  – Following company processes (time log, vacation, internal policies, prescribed in InoXoft Guide)
  – Constantly updating own hard and soft skills by attending courses and practicing new knowledge
  – Providing feedback to colleagues, managers, and company

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in BA 2+ years (2+ projects (middle & long-term)
• English level – Upper-intermediate Low
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (e. g., Waterfall, Agile)
• Knowledge of requirements lifecycle and Business analysis knowledge areas
• Experience with business analysis techniques (SWOT Analysis, Business Process Modelling (BPMN & UML), Use Case Modelling, User Stories)
• Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience in early project stages as BA: proposal preparation, scope definition
• Experience with WBS (preparation, validation)
• Experience in stakeholders analysis and management, conduction of workshops, user interview, other requirements gathering practices
• Be a plus: CCBA, OMG: UML, BPMN Certifications; Experience on pre-sales activities and Discovery Phases
