Sales Assistant (German market)

Our company is actively developing. So, we are always looking for active people. We are steadily increasing our capacity and, accordingly, our team. We are currently searching Sales Assistant for international markets.

Duties:

• provides administrative and/or process support for contract administration, customer service, and order history;
• acts as an extension of the Team Leader and Business Development Managers by assisting in sales development, sales material creation;
• records and forwards contracts for Team Leader, prepare presentations, works in 1C and Jira task manager;
• leads the process of the shipments the goods to the customers by cooperation with logistic and production departments;
• provides support to Team Leader team in their function to develop new and expand existing customers relationships as needed;
• responds to client requests;
• develops strong relationships in supporting clients while maintaining quality customer service;
• develops a high level of knowledge of all client facing systems.

Qualifications:

• university Degree;
• English level: upper intermediate;
• German level: upper intermediate;
• customer Care/Support;
• operational work;
• good customer service and relations, decision making and problem-solving skills;
• good analytical ability;
• good attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• ability to work under the pressure;
• working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office products.
