Junior Associate - International Litigation Department

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Associate to join our International Litigation Department.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participating in local/regional/global projects as a member of the team;
• Analysis of Ukrainian and foreign case law; 
• Conducting legal research;
• Reviewing/preparing/updating legal documents;
• Participating in project negotiations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in law is a must;
• Work/internship experience in reputable local or international law firm;
• Relevant experience in Dispute Resolutions (commercial disputes, not less than 1 year) on the wide variety of issues;
• Good knowledge of procedural law;
• Fluent English is a must;
• Proficient drafting of analytical and procedural documents;
• Admission to the Ukrainian Bar is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Good team player;
• Independent decision-making;
• Attentive to details.
