Mission:
Enforce fulfilment of business priorities and goals by driving the right culture, mindsets, values and behaviors, providing high-level human resources expertise to allocated functions and partnering with Function Heads in implementing people management agenda
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive People and Organization support to allocated Function Heads to ensure the translation of the business strategy into a cohesive people plan
- Initiate, drive and implement People & Organization projects and programs
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and people management advice to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions and other)
- Drive and manage the core people processes (acquisition, performance, development, and engagement) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet company’s standards and future business needs
- Identify necessity and implement targeted People & Organization interventions
- Proactively manage employee relations
What you will bring to the role:
- University’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or business-related area
- 5+ years successful Human Resources experience with a generalist background in multinational companies
- Ability to influence, coach and challenge senior leaders in a respectful way
- Strategic and analytical skills, ability to drive continuous improvement
- Written and verbal effective communication skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong team player ready to contribute to People and Organization team’s objectives but capable to work independently, under minimum of supervision
- Proactivity and positive mindset
- Advanced+ English
