SoftServe Global Executive Support Team operates in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, and seeking out a professional who could complement our growing Team. You’ll be part of the organization that has a bird’s eye view of the Company and are advantaged to work with its top leaders. Our ultimate goal is to provide exceptional support to Executive Management team.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can provide professional support to our С-level executives. The ideal candidate for this role should thrive in the environment where things move fast and be interested in learning how global IT organization functions.

YOU ARE

As EA to C-level executives, we expect you to be flexible and able to focus and prioritize your resources as per business needs

  • Client oriented, service-minded, flexible, highly collaborative person, ready to embrace change and willing to go the extra mile when needed
  • Globally-minded, passionate about people and have some experience or genuine interest in IT industry
  • Having strong sense of urgency and determination as you would need to follow up with the team and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Master of time management and prioritization and able to help your executive to get the most out of every minute of the day
  • Strong communicator, diplomatic and assertive, and fully proficient in English and Ukrainian, both verbal and written
  • Able to work as a part of a Team and establish rapport with colleagues and Executives
  • Showing excellent MS Office skills which are also required

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

C-level executives & their teams and be involved in a number of different tasks – including, but not necessarily limited to

  • Managing an active and dynamic calendar of appointments, provide assistance with arranging travels, specifically booking flights, hotel accommodations, car rental,  report expenses, etc. as appropriate
  • Arranging and facilitating leadership sessions, in-house/off-site meetings, and events, make sure there is a clear meeting agenda, meeting objectives, and materials that are distributed ahead of time
  • Attending the meetings when required, take and distribute notes, ensuring that the actions are followed by an accountable person
  • Liaising with other executive assistants on the Executive Management workload and availability, providing 'gatekeeper' and 'gateway' role, creating win-win situations for the Team
  • Being exposed to senior stakeholders, cooperating closely with the CEO’s office, collaborating cross-functionally with different departments such as Business Trip office, Secretary Team, Legal, etc.
  • Providing administrative support for C-level executives with the ability to understand and anticipate challenges facing leadership executives and being able to manage/reschedule priorities effectively and proactively
  • Acting as back-up to the CEO’s office during peak periods and vacation time

TOGETHER WE WILL

  • Provide high quality administrative, logistical and organizational support to the Executives help them manage time and energy
  • Ensure Executives’ efficiency by securing their time  for strategic thinking and things 'only they can do'
  • Serve as a bridge for smooth communication between executive and internal functions
  • Continue our journey of a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to SoftServe’s Strategic initiatives
