Senior Manager of Treasury

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Treasury to join our Finance team as the owner of all crypto-currency and traditional treasury operations. This newly created role will be responsible for all treasury operations, including strategic vision and execution in a complex environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Manage relationships with existing and new bank and non-traditional financial institutions, including supporting treasury needs for both corporate operations and to support network growth
2. Own execution of all corporate payments, including accounts payable, payroll, intercompany, and tax payments
3. Manage and mitigate risks related to treasury operations, including cash and investment management, payment processing, funding processes, and security of crypto-currency holdings
4. Manage treasury management system strategy, selection, implementation, and maintenance
5. Work with technical and security teams to ensure best practices for stewardship of cryptocurrency are implemented and maintained
6. Compile weekly and monthly reporting of global cash and XRP balances and activity
7. Assist with period-end processes, and the preparation of quarter, half-year, and annual consolidated accounts;

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

1. 4+ years of relevant work experience
2. Prior experience in a hands-on treasury operations role
3. Demonstrated experience with the selection and effective implementation of treasury management systems
4. Proven ability to scale operations at a growing global technology company
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to influence at the leadership level
7. Undergraduate degree or equivalent
