We are looking for proactive, flexible, autonomous and ready for new challenges Support & Sales Manager who will create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will provide timely and high-quality responses to customers and partners and build long-term relationships with them.
Requirements:
- Client/account management or other relevant experience with focus on customer needs
- Strong analytical, communication & negotiation/sales skills
- At least Upper-Intermediate English and gramarlly correct speech
- Multitasking, attentive to details, goal-oriented mindset, stress resistance,self-development, liability
- Strong knowledge of MS Exel
- Willingness to make independed decisions
- Customer-oriented approach to work
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes about app promotion (ASO)
- Provide timely and high-quality responses to customers and partners and build long-term relationships with them
- Increase client's involvement in usage of our products and services
- Working with in-house and remote team members, assigning tasks, ensuring the result
- Monitor and report on the achievement of monthly / quarterly indicators
- Forecast and track key account metrics
