Project/Account Manager

We are looking for a Project/Account Manager to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

1. Clients:

• Establish and maintain strong client relationship through the comprehensive understanding of business needs, transparent working process and achieving client's expectations (business goals, communication objectives, and deadlines);
• Elaborate offers for clients targeting increased revenue and margin growth;
• Communicate with clients directly;
• Responsible for coordinating project deliverables and ensuring the terms of the agreement are fulfilled by the agency;
• Coordinate and control the deliverables of SEO, SMM, PPC, email marketing and Content management specialists;
• Control the results of day-by-day activities via Google Analytics and Social Media reporting tools;
• Assess risks and immediately escalate.

2. Internal Team:

• Clearly articulate strategic vision to the client and internal team while remaining within budget and scope;
• Collaborate with a team of internal experts to optimize client results;
• Set the objectives and tasks via ActiveCollab/PM tool.

Requirements: 

• Fluent English;
• 2+ years of Project/Account management in digital marketing;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Result-driven behavior;
• IT background is a plus.
