Product Support Specialist with French (Gdansk, Poland)

We are looking for fluent French speakers with NO experience to work for one of the most well-known creators of operation systems and phone producer companies in Gdansk (Poland).

Required skills:

• French language C1 (both written and spoken)

• English language B2

• Good level of computer skills

• Mac OS and iOS experience will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage and communicate with end client partners on a regular basis

• Reporting problems from customers

• Data validation  

• Real-time coverage of public transportation disruptions and road incidents across the globe

• Work in shifts 24/7
