At Sphere, we offer staff augmentation services, end-to-end technology solutions, and enterprise applications through onsite and remote world-class teams. Now we are looking for a HR Manager to join our team the Kharkiv office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct employee onboarding process;
- Advise management on company policy, employee relations and performance management issues;
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees;
- Facilitate the annual performance review cycle;
- Work with HR-budgeting;
- Take initiative to propose and implement ongoing improvements to the Company’s HR brand and HR processes or adapt and implement new processes created at corporate level in a local setting;
- Work with employees on their career growth and personal improvement, identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations;
- Organizing happy hours, team-building activities, conferences, and corporate events and other administrative duties as assigned;
- Office-management (a little bit).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR role;
- Experience in development and implementation of HR processes and best practices;
- Ability to handle employee relations and potential issues;
- Ability to work efficiently in a distributed team setting;
- Ability to prioritize and excel in a challenging environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Upper-intermediate English;
- Professional conduct, common sense, and diplomacy;
- Ability to take ownership and motivate others leading by own example.
