HR Manager (Bila Tserkva)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment, selection and hiring process
• Implement programs for development, engagement and retention of talents
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Implementation of key HR processes (Performance Management, Compensations and Benefits, On-boarding etc.)
• Advising management in appropriate resolution of employee relations, labor issues
• Manage HR analytics, budgeting and reporting processes
• Contribute to Company Culture transformation process, local implementation of Company Values
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Requirements:           

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist
• Knowledge of 1C. SAP is a plus
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• People oriented and results driven
• Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
