HR Manager (Bila Tserkva)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment, selection and hiring process
- Implement programs for development, engagement and retention of talents
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Implementation of key HR processes (Performance Management, Compensations and Benefits, On-boarding etc.)
- Advising management in appropriate resolution of employee relations, labor issues
- Manage HR analytics, budgeting and reporting processes
- Contribute to Company Culture transformation process, local implementation of Company Values
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist
- Knowledge of 1C. SAP is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
