Recruiter (Kyiv)

Now we are looking for a Recruiter to join the team located in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:
— Manage full cycle of recruitment process for IT(90%) and non IT vacancies;
— Support and lead all additional hiring activities for Kyiv office (direct search, interviews, job fairs, work with universities, work with local R/HR communities, supporting our tech school);
— Maintain recruiting related reports, databases.

Requirements:
— About 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;
— Intermediate level of English or higher;
— Completed higher education;
— Good understanding of IT labour market in Kyiv;
— Strong sourcing skills;
— Strong communication and negotiation skills;
— Сurious, broad-minded;
— Attentive to details;
— Strong work ethics.
