Our client is an international company Trendformer that produces non-standard and unique toys (PIXIO (pixio.site) and HEY CLAY (hey-clay.com) that are marketed globally. Over the last period, the company has started sales at the international markets and significantly increased sales volume.

The company is looking for Head of HR  to support the company's business in the most important part of it - human resources, ensuring the timely attraction, retention, development and motivation of the company's personnel according to the best international practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy from scratch, necessary to attract and retain the human resources in the company necessary for the long-term sustainable development
  • Build and develop a recruiting system for the middle and high level. Develop and implement an onboarding system for staff.
  • Build and develop a personnel training and development system. Determine training needs, construct development plans and its implementation. Link development plans to job competency grids. Correct selection of tuning solutions.
  • Develop an internal communications system that will inform all employees about the values, plans, and trends in the development of the company.
  • Organize corporate events and team building.
  • Control processes related to the company's personnel.
  • Create a personnel assessment and motivation system. Develop the necessary police and rules in the field of compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proactive approach.
  • The desire to create and improve processes in the organization, the desire to be number 1.
  • Independence in the implementation of the tasks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, convince, defend the interests of the company.
  • Ability to manage personnel, leadership qualities. Involve, lead, support, educate.
  • It is necessary to create a strong team for international business.
  • Experience on position from HR BP and above in companies applying international HR management practices.
  • Work experience in FMCG companies.
  • Experience in building and managing the training and development system in the company.
  • Work experience in different companies and industries will be a significant plus
