Lead Generator/ researcher with experience and strong English or/ and extra language

Evergame team Lviv, Ukraine is looking for a hardworking and responsible Lead generator/ Searcher (non IT products) to help us improve our service with our customers. We want our company to be competitive, client-oriented and you will help us to meet our targets. 

Requirements:

• we are looking for our perfect fit. We need either a person with experience and English (minimum B2) only or can be someone without experience but with extra languages
• The knowledge of any additional foreign languages will be a big plus
• Excellent client service skills
• Team player and a quick learner with the ability to work with less supervision
• Ability to work sometimes in the US zone (schedule will be negotiated, but no late night shifts)

Main Duties:

• Representing the company in international markets
• Written and oral communication (via phone, Skype, WhatsApp) with b2b customers
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, offer the stock to increase profits
• Evaluating the needs of customers and reporting to the management
