SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) consultant

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP projects, delivering PM functions within medium and large size distributed teams;
•  Participation in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations
• Excellent understanding and practical experience on EAM business processes;
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of applying SAP knowledge
• Successful examples of having moved PM functions or feature from Blueprint to go Live
• Experience in supporting Clients on Agile / Scrum methodologies;
• Practical experience in using project management tools (MS Project, Atlassian JIRA, and similar);
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a changing environment;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Flexibility, self-motivation, focus on results.
• Strong work process skills
• Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)
• Strong communication skills, experience working in a diverse multicultural environment
• Adaptability to new technologies, processes, people
• Critical thinking, ability to make independent judgment calls
• Experience working in a team environment (vs. solo contracting / freelancing)
• Client interaction experience

• Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
• Lead and assist Customer in understanding, exploring and utilizing PM features and opportunities
• Business process Analysis and description;
• Requirements specification preparation;
• Blueprint design;
• System configuration and customization;
• Integration testing;
• User training;
• Hypercare support.
