Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. We are embarking on new and exciting projects and are therefore looking for proven & dynamic Project Managers to join us to lead and drive forward the project through the full life cycle. The successful candidate will have experience of managing large multi-disciplined, integrated Projects. It would be advantageous but not essential for candidates to have experience working within the Commercial Real Estate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects
• Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production as per selected delivery model
• Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and of high quality
• Lead and mentor project/product development teams
• Take part in project/product budget planning, forecasting and execution
• Ensure the project/product teams focus on organization’s defined goals
• Ensure successful, well-coordinated product/project releases through increased visibility and clarity of release features and interdependencies throughout the organization
• Participate in company process improvements

Requirements:

•  Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time
• 3+ years of relevant experience in software project management
•  Experience of leading several projects in parallel or experience in management of large scale projects
• Experience in Customer relations management, Requirement management, Risk management and Change management
• Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment
• Demonstrated ability to build effective teams, motivate, direct and coach staff
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
•  Excellent communication skills in English

Would be a plus:

• Agile and/PMI certifications are a plus
• Client side experience — facilitating pre-sale activities such as workshop — requirements elicitation, etc
• Knowledge of latest trends of SW development technologies and tools
• Managing distributed development team
