BSG is looking for customer support representative:

Requirements:

• English level at least Upper Intermediate;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Previous experience in customer service would be an advantage;
• Attention to details and customers needs;
• Computer/laptop at home.

Responsibilities:

• Informational and technical customer support;
• Working with tickets in the Zendesk system (customer requests registration database), Skype, Telegram;
• Increasing customer engagement with the service;
• Analysis of company’s customers satisfaction.
