Who we are:

We are an international ad agency specialized in performance marketing. Our main goal is to provide our partners with high-quality traffic. We are developing three main verticals:
— in-house media buying team;
— organic traffic oriented projects;
— own CPA network.

Vortex team wants to find a perfect Recruitment Specialist to make great things together. Below you will find the scope of responsibilities and required skills. If you feel we can fit each other — apply immediately and let’s rock it!

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate requirements for vacancies and create their description;

  • Manage positions on job boards, internal CRM-system and social pages;

  • Work with the selection and hunting of candidates;

  • Manage Hiring process (conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, provide feedback);

  • Work with the hiring team and optimize the hiring process;

  • Monitor the market and work with its analytics.

Required skill set:

  • Experience in using strategy interviews with candidates;

  • Hunting skills;

  • Successful cases with high level positions;

  • Knowledge of the IT market (Digital Marketing sphere will be a plus) and the latest trends;

  • Good communication skills (written and oral);

  • Results orientation;

  • Intermediate+ English level.

Here is a little bit about our Hiring process that is waiting for you:

  1. HR Screening
    After getting your CV, we go through it very carefully and if it fits our job description, our recruiter contacts you to get more information about you.
  2. General interview
    After HR screening we invite you to our office to hold a general interview which includes technical and HR parts.
  3. Test assignment
    After the general interview we send you a test assignment. It will help you to overview your day-to-day tasks and will show us your skills in practice. Good luck with this :)
  4. Final interview
    Being charmed by you, we invite you to the final interview. We will have some get-to-know meeting, where both you and we will be able to get answers to all the left questions.
  5. Offer letter
    We send you an offer and wait passionately for your first working day :)
