Android developer (Strong Middle)

Softwarium helps our clients to create mobile apps and enterprise ecosystems from scratch in order to achieve their business goals. And now we’re looking for a Middle Android Developer to join our team and to take part in these challenges.

Required skills:

— 3+ years of commercial mobile development experience;

— Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java languages;

— Understanding of SOLID, KISS, DRY Principles;

— competent in asynchronous programming (RxJava)

— Strong knowledge of MVP, MVVM

— Strong understanding of REST architecture

— strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

— Intermediate English or higher

— Ability to work effectively in an Agile team with colleagues in other countries.

Technology: Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, RxJava.

Will be a plus:

— Experience with Firebase

Softwarium is inviting Strong Middle Android developer to join our Kyiv office full time.

Our Customer provides services in the MRO supply chain management around the globe, including business entities in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Singapore. The project is founded on the infrastructure which ensures the client’s success. It is based on the customer’s management software package Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The mobile app works with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and 365. The functionality enables interaction with some functions in CRM.

• The ratio of the Support/New functionality creation: 80% — support, 20% — new features;

• Software development methodology: hybrid agile methods and tools;

• Direct contact with the customer, if it is necessary.
