Key account manager

MARKQUEN is an international group of companies specialized in the production of high-end P.O.P. Materials and In-store marketing. The head office of the group is located in Lviv (Ukraine), and a subsidiary office in Bratislava (Slovakia).

The goal of our company is to become the leader of its industry in the European market by 2027, so we are looking for the KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to work with our top clients.

• Understands the complexity of B2B projects, but always shows maximum enthusiasm for the process
• Young and extremely active, a «charger» for the others. He communicates with clients and partners on a regular basis and enjoys it
• Always sets the highest goals: to provide the best service and to offer relevant solution
• Never afraid of difficulties, even when he does not know how to complete the task
• Has a desire to communicate with strangers, and has no problem with going on business trips to Ukraine and Europe
• Has a timeless desire to grow professionally
• An essential goal for him/her is to become a director of key account department
• Has a good level of English (B1-B2 and above).

The duties of the KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER will include:

• Provide professional support for Ukrainian and international company’s clients
• Negotiating with clients in Germany, France, Italy, Great Britain, Norway and Ukraine
• Working closely with designers and engineers on product development
• Production control and goods delivery to the client
• Logistic and customs clearance coordination
• Control of receivables
• Making monthly reports
