Customer Support agent (Fintech)

We are looking for a competent Customer support agent (remote or Kyiv)Requirements:

• Proven experience as a customer care specialist or similar position;
• Proficient in English (at least Upper-Intermediate level);
• Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus;
• Fast typing, good spelling, and grammar skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision;
• Ability to provide 'wow' customer service;
• Working knowledge of ZenDesk;
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities;
• A results-oriented approach;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in chat or e-mail;
• Troubleshoot customer issues (technical and non-technical) to raise customer's satisfaction;
• Follow up on the successful completion of each case;
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management;
• Measure performance with key metrics;
• Continuous learning in a changing environment.
