We are looking for a competent Customer support agent (remote or Kyiv)Requirements:
- Proven experience as a customer care specialist or similar position;
- Proficient in English (at least Upper-Intermediate level);
- Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus;
- Fast typing, good spelling, and grammar skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to provide 'wow' customer service;
- Working knowledge of ZenDesk;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities;
- A results-oriented approach;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- High school diploma.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in chat or e-mail;
- Troubleshoot customer issues (technical and non-technical) to raise customer's satisfaction;
- Follow up on the successful completion of each case;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management;
- Measure performance with key metrics;
- Continuous learning in a changing environment.
