Required skills:

• German language C1

• English language B2

• Good level of computer skills 

• Understanding of web products based on HTML, CMS would be a strong advantage

• Strong communication, customer service, relationship management and support skills

Responsibilities: 

• Support in the implementation of web-based customer products

• Communicate with customers and services teams via phone, email, chat and video conferencing

• Train customers on how to use the products with further support

• Deliver high-quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations
