Facilities Engineering Manager

Функциональные обязанности:

Working closely with the Plant Management, Corporate Engineering and Facilities Engineering to support in the development develop of manufacturing strategies and implementing capital investment plans.

Leading Project Engineering of the plant especially for projects having significant technological complexity and business impact.

Supporting the preparation of the investment budgets of the related functions (Operations, R&D, Utilities, Facilities)

Proactive, hands-on approach to project engineering projects to ensure that spending and time targets are constantly achieved.

Ensures correctness of user requirements and supports alignement of the bids in case of capital investment projects.

Monitoring execution of major capital projects

Ensuring that all documents and drawings for projects and facilities are updated

Supporting the development and maintenance of the Site Master Plan

Ensuring engineering solutions in compliance with all regulatory requirements Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety, Environment) and International and National standards

Ensuring compliance with global good manufacturing practices for pharmaceutical in all projects related to facilities/ equipment/ process and building automation systems

Controlling and seeking approval of proposed changes to architectural aspects of the site facilities

Support conceptual studies, assessment of proposals and cost estimates of projects

Ensuring quality conduct of projects from feasibility to final plant qualification and compliance review to applicable regulations

Reporting at corporate level on progress and results of all projects against the original Scope, Timeline and Budget

Supporting QA and Validation Dept. in the preparation of VMP, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and GMP projects assessment of risk

Collaborating with R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Finance teams on projects/initiatives intended to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity through improvements or selected projects

Advising necessary staffing of engineering projects as needed

Reporting on any issues relevant to Safety and Environment in engineering project execution and operations

Требования:

образование: высшее (профильное)

опыт работы в данной сфере от 5 лет обязателен

владение английским языком на уровне intermediate обязательно (собеседование проходят на английском языке)

готовность к релокации в Грузию
