DevOps Engineer

Everad is a global direct advertiser and CPA network (Health&Beauty).

CPA network is a platform and an advertising model where publishers are paid for an action that is taken as a direct result of their marketing.

We started in 2012 with a small team on boards. Now we cover markets of the CIS, Europe, Asia and Central Africa.

Over the years, we have received the title of «Best Affiliate Network of the CIS», and our company has been defined as one of the best IT employers in Ukraine according to the DOU rating 2018?2019.

We are looking for DevOps for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain / ensure fault tolerance, availability and short response times of systems;
• Support teams in the process of implementing features, adjust architectural solutions, influence the choice of tools, propose and implement a deployment schemas, an infrastructure provisioning;
• Iteratively analyse and improve already developed and implemented systems (change the deployment scheme, infrastructure provisioning, configuration);
• If it is necessary, set / participate / perform tasks to change the architecture of systems;
• Maintain / change the correct solution for monitoring the infrastructure;
• React to incidents 24/7: promptly respond, discover and fix problem in production;
• Automate the processes of deployment / provisioning of systems / infrastructure;
• Keep development teams productive:
• Maintain / change / implement CI / CD;
• Maintain / change test environments (you are not limited to any tools, but you must maintain consensus with colleagues).

Job Requirements:

• Linux administration (installing from pre-created images, upgrades, setting up standard services, routing, traffic filtering, analysing systems logs to identify and fix problems);
• Understanding hardware (being able to give specs to data center staff what to install and how to configure parts);
• Be able to identify the causes of problems with applications in production (tracing, performance analysis, traffic sniffing);
• Understand how to onfigure nginx (for example, to squeeze everything from the server to serve static files);
• Postgres administration (experience with Clickhouse will be a plus), including performance tuning and creating / maintaining highly available clusters, failover / recovery in case of severe failures;
• Organisation of infrastructure monitoring, alerting;
• CI / CD setup and maintenance (for example, GitHub Actions);
• Automation of infrastructure / systems provisioning / deployment.
