Development and maintenance of effective compensation programs and benefits schemes which support organization's remuneration strategy.

Functions:

• Development, implementation and maintenance of Company Compensation & Benefits programs.
• Participation in external salary and benefits surveys, analysis of Company salaries and benefits package vs market, preparation of reports for managers for making compensation and benefits related decisions.
• Administration of annual salary review and annual bonus programs.
• Coordination of sales incentive programs.
• Job analysis and evaluation according to methodology used in the Company.
• Preparation of Wages and Salaries budget, rolling-forecast, variance analysis.
• Regular reports and analysis on compensation and benefits issues.
• Coordination of medical insurance, accident insurance, loans, welfare programs and other components of benefits package.
• Participate in other HR projects as deem appropriate.
• May coach or instruct lower level colleagues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience on the same position.
• MS Office (advanced Excell), SAP HR Module.
• Analytical thinking.
• Goal oriented.
• Effective time management.
• Good communication skills.
• English - upper-intermediate.
