MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
Maintain and develop long-term relationship with customers to optimize quality of service, business growth, customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities with them.
MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:
- Control over the regular goods shipments to the customer (order processing, analysis and recommendations);
- Organizing a reporting system between the customer and analytics department (collecting and processing);
- Promo activations plan implementation with the customer (launch and execution control);
- Document flow with the customer;
- Goods planning process;
- Work with a regional team (requests processing and fulfillment);
- Collaboration with other company departments based on job descriptions and in line with company values, procedures and policies;
- Higher education (economics preferably);
- Upper intermediate in verbal and written local languages in addition to English language (at least Intermediate level).
EDUCATION:
- Higher education (economics preferably);
- Fluent in verbal and written local languages in addition to English language (at least Intermediate level).
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in working with clients 2-3 years (experience in the international company preferably);
- Preparation the presentations;
- Planning and analyzing the data.
