Recently we were looking for a project manager, but it turned out that we had to look for two people at once because the number of projects is growing by leaps and bounds, and we need at least two project managers

How does it work and what will you do?

• Planning, execution, and quality control of the design projects
• Ensuring the high-quality deliverables are provided on time and within the project budget
• Keeping the transparency of the projects through communication with the clients
• Workload planning for the design team

ABOUT YOU:

• Fluent written and conversational English (С1+)
• Experience with clients from Europe and America
  
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to keep effective performance on several projects simultaneously
• Ability to transfer the business goals and client’s feedback into the design requirements
• Understanding the most popular PM agile frameworks
• Developed interpersonal skills

Will be a plus:

• Design background and/or experience in the design teams management
• Having a self-educational plan and sticking to it

Tasks

Remote
We have a flexible work format. You can work in the office or at home; the main thing is the result. Although for the adaptation period (1-2 months), you will need to work in the office.

We are working in our cool loft office near the 'Palats Ukraina' metro station, pleasant not only to the soul but also to the eye;)
