Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work autonomously. Ideally, you will have prior experience within an IT industry or professional education

• Understanding of advanced search techniques including Boolean and Google searches

• Social media sourcing knowledge and a strong network in IT is highly desirable

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace

• Good English

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Researcher, you will:

• Source and connect with the market's best talents while acting as key support person for the TA team.

• Advertise and promote roles within your network and across relevant social media platforms

• Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements

• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies

• Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams

• Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships

• Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
